Pros

- Genuinely lives up to the company values - Ambitious, Collaborative, Innovative. - Excellent Culture across Sales & Business Services - I was worried it would be the 'sales stereotype' where it's full of showboating and negative energy but it's the complete opposite. The top billers don't show off (although earnings & commission are very transparent here) and genuinely everyone wants to help each other succeed - I could walk up to anyone in here for advice. - Great Commission Structure. - Friendly & approachable Seniors/MD/C-suites that are effective in their positions. - They understand that each patch is different and thus they don't compare 'apples to pears' in terms of deals/outputs; far more emphasis is placed on your inputs here. - Consistent training is provided beyond onboarding - weekly/biweekly/monthly 1-1 call coaching depending on your level with L&D, a portal to upload any other calls that you want specific guidance on from L&D & they integrated an AI call coaching tool which allows you to dissect all your other calls yourself.

Cons

- Not a con, more of a note - this job is not easy, it requires grit, determination & resilience and it is not suited for people who coast or have fragile ego. - Don't expect immediate payoff but it's 100% worth persisting - some patches are easier than others but you just got to find the way that works for your market & don't compare yourself to others. Stay in your own lane.

Pros

Evolution is a people‑driven business that genuinely invests in development and long‑term capability, not just short‑term results. The culture is relationship‑led rather than purely KPI‑led, which makes a real difference to how people work with clients and with each other. There’s a strong sense of autonomy and trust. Individuals are encouraged to take ownership, think commercially, and build deep market knowledge rather than follow rigid scripts. Learning and development is taken seriously, with clear pathways, coaching, and support for progression if you’re willing to put the work in. Leadership is accessible and open to challenge, and there’s a clear ambition for growth which gives people opportunities to stretch. Teams are collaborative, and there’s a genuine pride in the work people do and the markets they operate in.
