      - You will be upskilled, good focus on training - Quality of Geologists are high, so you will learn alot - If you are FIFO its great

      Cons

      - Terrible deal if you are residential, there is no incentive in contrast to our FIFO counterparts - The highest level of managment is a nightmare, everyone else below is good - You start residential, you will not be rewarded they will do everything to keep you residential. HR has no compromise here. You are only a number

      Pros

      Inclusive and transparent Manger/s in Group P&C Treated as one of the team from day 1 - I didn't feel like a 'temp' by my team at all. I was covering extended Annual Leave Comprehensive handover to set me up for success which was appreciated Operates in the hybrid model which adds a bonus gold star Chairman/CEO down people acknowledge you in passing which builds the right culture

      Cons

      Whereas my Group P&C Team were great there was a slight dissatisfaction I felt in other teams which could be watered down by adopting more of the culture I experienced in P&C. Culture is very important to Evolution and it is something they keep building on.
