Pros
Lower end people are awesome. Hard working producers and production and the company more or less has (had) a structure that worked well.
Cons
Appallingly unprofessional. A video-less zoom with nothing said other than “this may be the last time I see you” and hanging up is not an appropriate way to tell staff they are being laid off. Upper management turns a blind eye because they don’t have to deal with the stress / issues.
