      great colleagues, lots of laughs, approachable management

      Cons

      forced overtime. Managers are hired as OEM with forced built in over time to earn the salary they offer. What incentive is this for anyone to get their work done in a timely fashion? Also looked down upon to not work the overtime even with the pay dock.
