Being that this is a small company, you get to wear multiple hats at once which helps out a lot. You get to mingle with other departments and you get to learn what they do which helps you see the bigger picture.

There are no raises. The bonuses are up in the air. Communication with upper management is bad. There are no annual reviews. There is a constant skeleton crew here. There is no growth potential.
