Pros

Culture - Amazing studio space - Team lunch every Friday - Flexible start times - Ability to work from home - VR and games lounge - Quality banter - Free pilates - Every Tuesday someone is nominated to bring in a food dish for the team - Sonos speakers - Friday drinks in the studio - Barcelona office (good excuse to travel) Business - Management are transparent to staff and clients - There's always a genuine investment in your professional development and skills with staff going to workshops and events - Strong internal processes and documentation in the form of an internal wiki - Happy to purchase software or platforms if they are needed - They don't say yes to all new clients and will knock back businesses that they don't believe in or are unethical Couldn't recommend this place any more.

Cons

- There is no longer an office dog

Pros

Flexible working during COVID. Ending now as new additions are expected to be in an empty office (because nobody wants to go) at least 3 days per week.

Cons

First of all, don't be fooled. Lots of the positive reviews are written by current employees that have no other option but to make up a reality that doesn't exist per management request. -No perks, contrary which what is promised during interviews. -You can’t live up to client's expectations. They are told straight-up lies. -Resources are never enough for the amount of work which leads to the team stressing out, working long unpaid hours and angry clients. -Most of the team of developers/designers are overseas or contractors work full time for project. Very inconvenient for Melbourne based clients and staff. -Flexible hours and “minimum” contact with people overseas are promised, but this is not the case. Definitely no work-life balance. -Expect you to solve tasks that are not even project management related: Invoicing and phone calls (no office manager), legal and sale contracts (no sales team) and support (no support team). -The lack of support and culture is absurd. You are given the cold shoulder when you raise the problems described above. -False promises are made all the time to clients and to staff. -Absolutely no career development at all. -Salaries are below market. -High staff turnover due to people being burnt out and impossible deadlines. - Management had actions and behaviour that can be seen as bullying.

Pros

-Great people and attention to the individual's strengths and weaknesses. -Small but growing agency, flexible and very sensitive to new technologies and processes, quick to test and adapt to them. -Each year staff members get a percentage of profit share, depending on the length of service. -Good processes and close monitoring of the project's status. -The agency has a good team of experts in house that advise on what is needed, and are very knowledgeable on what they do -Good agency culture and team activities (good office banter)

Cons

-A couple of times I was there, the agency took risks, in the form of new big projects, it always pulled them off, but it can be a little though on the people working there. They are however very transparent on what is going on.
