Pros

Product is decent Marketing is decent

Cons

Zero work life balance for most (80 hr per week) Poor business acumen and analytics Toxic culture for most unless you walk into a good territory Very high pressure HORRIBLE upper management!!! Lots of busy work (rewards system, marketing items to claim, Compensation has been cut for reps 3x in 6 months Lots of issues in field not addressed Horrible support for new hires in most cases Unethical Horrible work culture unless your the 1% that is lucky FDA violations Unethical behavior is rewarded and encouraged Poor Human Resources You pay for your own gas so if you have a huge territory, you struggle Failure of upper management, marketing only benefits big territories that are affluent, not listening to the field and they are the scapegoats for all the issues when it is really upper management that has caused all the issues with laziness and poor decision They ABSOLUTELY lie and aren’t transparent or ethical in their interview process

Pros

Evolus has such an incredible team of employees and it makes all the difference in allowing me to do my best work and have fun doing it. The opportunities to grow in my career and be involved in stretch projects have helped me develop well beyond my job description. The culture is fun, authentic, and special. Headquarters is breathtakingly beautiful and an incredible place to be able to work.

Cons

We work hard and the to-do list is long, but the perks, people and potential are worth it!

Pros

Opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented and knowledgeable colleagues. Flexible office hours that allow you to manage your schedule. Fully stocked kitchen and consistent employee injection days.

Cons

Workplace culture has deteriorated significantly following multiple rounds of layoffs. Many employees appear to be operating from a place of uncertainty, which has contributed to increased tension. Disrespectful communication between coworkers and departments is common and often goes unaddressed. Collaboration can feel challenging when interactions are frequently defensive and confrontational. When company goals are not met, there is a tendency toward blame-shifting rather than problem-solving. This has created an environment where teams spend more time defending decisions than working together toward solutions. The company advertises unlimited PTO, but employees may find it difficult to take advantage of depending on management approval.
