      Consistent hours, supportive supervisors, flexible scheduling, great company culture, regular training days, regular staff meetings

      Cons

      Sometimes scheduled outside hours of my availability (but this is rectified 95% of the time)

      Good pay, lots of time off, friendly coworkers, and working with the kids is great.

      Cons

      The kids can be difficult to manage.

      Pros

      Higher than average pay for an RBT

      Cons

      Tough work environment with high rates of physical management, physical assaults to staff, and negativity/burnout among RBTs. Little support from management to mitigate turnover. Obvious preferential treatment for particular leadership staff.
