Pros
Plenty of flexibility and freedom to take your own approach to your solution. Relaxed, and genuine, decent people. Have yet to find any significant signs of personality disorders or psychotic ideation (a have a clinical master's degree, so I have some credibility in saying this), which I have unfortunately found at many other organizations. Fast growing, very profitable, has its own niche within the Atos organization and acquiring more responsibility.
Cons
MWP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atos of France, which is not bad in itself but it's run from a French perspective (again not bad, but different if you're not familiar with it.) There is a bit of an issue with focus and execution, especially in sales, but this is a problem everywhere.
