Pros
The full-disclosure business model means everyone is treated fairly, and no one gets ripped off. This is a welcome change from most staffing companies. Pay rates are fair, and the 401(k) plan allows me to put $49,000 per year into my account.
Cons
Although the 401(k) plan itself is really good, their financial advisor is not very responsive. It would also be better if he were more proactive about keeping in contact with plan participants.
