Pros
I started a month after the Las Vegas office opened. I met the owner his wife and some other account managers from the UK office. The enviroment was fun and fast paced.
Cons
The prices on the web-site are absolutly inaccurate, there will no doubt be a false advertisment claim against this company when/if someone takes the time to pursue it. The web-site makes it seem as if everythingbranded has the products and brands them. When in fact all they are is a hyped up middle man. Most all their orders when time allows are from chinese manufacturers the rest are from American front companys peddling chinese goods. There were a lot of promises made at the time of the interview (big expansion coming, health care after 90 days, keep you own customers). In the end everything branded let go alot of its UK staff and the Las Vegas office is down to 7 reps from a peak of 20. Corporate cut backs due to financial difficulties is what it said on my severance letter, yet 2 days later Ceo Paul Rowlett is on Linked in posting about how there are a new class of account managers hitting the floor today as the company is expanding and will be in Australia later this year! Who knows the truth other than the fact you Work hard building a pipeline making $12 an hour +commission with the carrot dangled in front of you to keep your customers for life, residual income. Then instead they clean house and hand off your clients to the core group of account managers. Sick. Lieing about lieing is disgraceful, this company is full of slimy limeys that pose as pure proud american promotional professionals. All the positive reviews are solicited by the sales reps and there is a quota every month that must be met in order to receive commission. This encourages account reps to fabricate alias and reviews, true story! 🤮
