Should be ready for independent working and taking initiatives to get to know the company more.

Everyone Health has always supported me, not just professionally but also on a personal level during some of the hardest times in my life. The team is understanding, approachable, and genuinely want you to do well. There are good opportunities to learn and grow, and the culture is one where people look out for each other.

Not enough structured training for the job – it’s more of a “learn as you go” approach, which personally I don’t prefer.
