Long hours, struggling startup. Everyone's doing their best but it's a hard industry, hard product, and hard situation.

The employees are what makes working at Everyone Count so enjoyable on a daily basis. There is a lot of energy in the office and I have built a lot of great relationships in the 2 years I have been working here. I get to learn and work on the latest software technologies with a supportive team leader. And all my work serves a noble cause which is to deliver a modern and secure software solution and potentially increase voter turnout. The company values focus on teamwork with everyone. Our CEO is passionate about our products and offers a clear vision when it comes to disrupting the election industry in it current state. I've seen a lot of growth in the past few months. I feel that the company has worked a lot towards process efficiency to support scaling as it continues to grow. This is a small company with big dreams, so there is a major focus on finding the right people. Like most growing startups, there are so many things to be done that prioritization can be a challenge. You often need to cover multiple roles in order to get things done. Work schedule at times can get quite dense and hectic but I have seen some improvements in the right direction. In terms of benefits, the medical insurance plan could be better.
