Pros
They didn't calculate PTO which meant as long as you don't have prior obligations with the company or projects, you can take as much time off as you want. Typically no more than 3-4 weeks at a time paid. They are great when it comes to letting you work from home or taking time off for doctor appointments. Pay is decent.
Cons
High turnaround rate. Someone's always either leaving the company for a more stable opportunity or someone is getting fired. The CEO is very emotionally involved and can go on screaming fits. They are very understaffed and are very disorganized. The people in charge rarely know what's going on which causes a lot of delays with fixes. Employees are extremely overworked and are asked to work around the clock at times. Company doesn't give cash bonuses instead they give you extra stock or vouchers so that they are not giving away money out of their own pockets. Insurance is absolutely terrible and there is no real choice.
