Business Owner Clueless - Anonymous employee Everylite Employee Review

Ownership and management do not allow for creative thinking, everything is micromanaged and monitored like a prison such as lunch, breaks, and when someone clocks in and clocks out, and also the environment is not friendly and very cold. Not a fun place to work at. Does not give good training to us Sales Reps in order to succeed.
