Short staffed, sometimes misunderstanding, long hours

This company has given me the opportunity to reinvent my career. The opportunities for advancement are second to no other company that I have worked. Since working for Everyday Living I have personally received 5 promotions in just under 3 years. The owners treat me very well and have personally went out of their way to take an interest in my well being and the well being of my family. The culture of this company is extremely caring and supportive. There is a family atmosphere here and it has been an unbelievably great fit for me. The individuals working here truly care for the clients we serve. We all work together as a team in hopes to make others lives better. I could not think of a better place to work.

Everyday Living has great benefits, but I'm like everyone else.. I want more. There are currently 7 recognized holidays at the company. It would be nice if there were a few more such as Christmas Eve, the day after Thanksgiving, and Martin Luther King day.
