      Great job for someone working full time at night. You get to help children learn the love of reading and bring in mentors from all walks of life.

      Supervisors make you train mentors.

      Pros

      The limited, daytime hours worked perfectly for me while I took evening classes. The people- the mentors, staff, and students are fantastic. As long as you are responsible and are devoted to education, you'll have a great experience.

      Cons

      The promotion opportunities are limited, but it's a great job for students or others needing limited hours. The pay isn't great, but it's fair for the work you do.
