1. Code review is disgusting, and it encourages you not to make any changes. If you failed the code review, then you are ruined. The leadership didn't care about how much time you spent on your work. They want to see a very clean git log, which makes you afraid to commit any line of your code. 2. The front-end, maybe all tech infrastructure, is very old and has not improved since 2018. 3. Lack of communication in the project team, no documentation, no mentor, no training.
