      Pros

      Close knit team, supportive environment, great opportunities to learn new (and old) tech. Lots of benefits, team and company dinners, days out, training.

      Cons

      Some internal tools need updating/replacing (good future project), management sometimes shoulder too much burden.

      Pros

      Small company which means so much room for growth and endless training. Coming from a fashion background, I've loved the transition into tech and EveryCity has facilitated that! Team is really like a small family as we support and actually like each other

      Cons

      If you prefer routine a workplace then Everycity is probably not for you

      Close team, impressive technical and professional staff to learn from and develop with. Really flexible approach to working and open to new ideas.

      There needs to be clearer communication on what management can offer staff.
