      Pros

      There is room for growth, independence, and great support. I set my own schedule and recieve compensation for drive time and milage.

      Cons

      Being in the field for home health means you do miss out on some of the co-worker day-to-day support. But everyone is very kind and will talk and provide support when asked.

      Must be independent, driven, ambitious as you are largely working alone Progress reports every 6 months time consuming Treatment rate different than administrative rate, need to do math to figure out how much you will be making
