      Pros

      ECA really cares about the services they provide and the employees that deliver or help deliver these services. ECA provides a family atmosphere and shows that each and every team member is important to the growth of the company. ECA listens to their employees and is always trying to improve the company culture.

      Cons

      Having employees in the field, communication can be difficult at times; this unfortunately is the nature of our business. I know ECA is constantly trying to improve communication to all their team members, especially those that work in the field.

      Must be independent, driven, ambitious as you are largely working alone Progress reports every 6 months time consuming Treatment rate different than administrative rate, need to do math to figure out how much you will be making
