Pros

None. Zero pros to working here.

Cons

The certified vet tech/ HR mangers (Diane Doll) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I was supposed to get a raise after 3 months of working there and it was never added on to my paycheck, other employees also told me they never received the raise they were promised either. About a month after I started she told me there was a mistake on my signed employment letter and I needed to re sign the new letter that says I would only be getting half of the amount of vacation time that was originally promised before hiring me. The schedule is put out weekly and it doesn’t come out until about 7pm earliest on Sunday the night before the week starts. One time my schedule was switched at 2am from being off to working at 8am that same morning. They don’t train you long enough and expect you to know how to do everything right away. If you ask questions you will either be completely ignored on purpose or get an answer with an attitude. They also promise you employee discounts but will pick and choose which employees get what based on how much they like you. She tries to bully the new employees and talks about everyone on the days they aren’t working. It’s also a law that a certified vet tech needs to be present at a vet clinic but she would leave for hours at a time multiple times in. In the short amount of time I could stand working there multiple people quit because of Diane. She argues with the doctors in front of everyone, and will purposely make clients with a question about their sick animal wait hours for a call back because she “can’t seem available to them 24/7” I could go on and on about all the awful unprofessional and illegal things that the clinic but mostly Diane Doll does. This is less important but she also smells absolutely disgusting all the time it’s hard to stand within 5 feet from her it’s so bad.
