Working remotely is fine, but Everty lacks resources, is a relatively young and immature company, and is sustained by workers who are very resistant to change and hesitant to learn new things.

"Everty lacks business-adapted technological resources and feels like a puzzle. The managers are very lost, and department heads even more so—they are generalists, not specialists, and are constantly second-guessing everything. In terms of training, you’re left to figure things out on your own; everything is informal and verbal, with continuous procedural changes, leaving every department very, very lost."
