Nothing as such, Had a friendly environment

Bureaucratic, they check in with you often, they have actual inventory.

They don't update their systems, for example you have to login into a virtual machine to access an outdated system. Their inventory tracking system wastes a lot of time. You are micromanaged. Poor management which makes them hemorrhage money. They aren't very aware of labor laws so its important to not be taken advantage of.
