Evermark sounded like the complete package. Great people (there are some wonderful people here), great core values, and they are trying hard to create a company culture that anyone would thrive in. The reality is, the negative subculture that exists and is perpetuated by members of management and leadership will never allow the core values to fully be realized thus tainting any semblance of an enjoyable experience and/or professional working environment.
Evermark is lacking the adequate tools to appropriately train, measure, promote individual employee success. There is no trust to allow autonomy which is only amplified by the lack of training and mentorship at all levels. This is my first experience where not all managers know how to do the job assignments of the positions they are managing. It is counterintuitive and ineffective to have a management structure in place with zero know-how.
