Pros

The benefits here are great! Reasonably priced

Cons

Everly Health has decided to abandon its core values and mission statement in recent years—it's not a healthcare company at all, but a techo and marketing company trying to play in the healthcare field. What this means practically is that advertising and design are prioritized while all the knowledgeable clinicians, laboratory professionals, and scientists are continually laid off with no backfill. 3 years ago, there was a thriving scientific and clinical organization that supported Everly and helped to drive it. Today, not a single team member exists for many of those departments: no Clinical Scientists, no Medical Science Liaisons, no researchers, no medical affairs team, no on-staff nurses. Products are ideated and launched by tech professionals with no expertise in healthcare, and these ideas are not steered by any sort of advisory board, since those were also deemed a waste of money. Many compliance personnel have also been driven away, and marketing and product teams operate on skeleton crews. Everly was started as a way to empower patients, and now it's a flailing cash grab with no interest in the patient other than their form of payment. The company culture is in tatters after round after round of layoffs, and most of the wonderful people who believed in the mission are gone.

Pros

Supportive, forward facing management and leadership. They are truly involved in the process. This is a fast moving environment, where you are given the chance to expose yourself to new roles and duties every day. Hard work and dedication are noticed here, with annual compensation reviews. What you put into this environment, you will get out of it. Benefits are truly game changing. Many medical milestones in my life here, and I have never had to worry about the bill at the end of the day. This is something I can't say for many other employers at which I've worked.

Cons

I am content here. I can't think of any.

Pros

Not that i can think of.

Cons

Compensation remains low relative to workload and has not been adjusted despite ongoing feedback from employees. Workload did not align with staffing levels, leading to overstaffing and periods of inefficiency. The role operates in a highly transactional manner, where employees are treated as interchangeable resources rather than long-term contributors. Management communication lacked transparency, and feedback was not communicated directly to employees. There was no structured training process, limiting the ability to understand expectations or improve performance. Employment stability is limited, with sudden terminations occurring without prior notice when workload decreases.
