Pros

I've never worked anywhere where I've felt so heard or appreciated. It's super exciting to come to work every day knowing that you're making a difference in the world; a lot of people here seem to feel that way. Leadership provides a lot of coaching and seems to recognize people for their hard work a lot. The last place I worked was not very diverse, so the diversity here is a big plus for me. The benefits here are a BIG plus. Lots of wellness related perks, healthy snacks everywhere (not just the normal break room stuff but fresh fruit/yogurt/other goodies being delivered several times a week), etc. Also having a barista here is really nice. They use a barista from Houndstooth Coffee. The opportunity is huge here. Not going to lie, it's a startup so it can be stressful at times, but that's any startup. Lots of work being done by a relatively small team (about 100 people). The company is growing/scaling super fast but has a pretty solid operation and lots of areas of business (direct B2C mainly, but also retail and B2B/enterprise) so it's nice to work at a "fast growth" startup that you know isn't going anywhere anytime soon. (Except maybe a nice exit. Or IPO?? haha) If you love fast-paced environments with smart, dedicated people devoted to making a difference, it doesn't get better than this. Really love working here. Would recommend!!

Cons

there's no parking! they do give you a stipend ($200 I believe) that you can use to pay for parking (they give you a list of available garages/lots when you start), use on public transit, or just pocket. But yeah it's downtown Austin so parking is $$. Also, the interview process can be reallly long. (Mine took about 2 months from screen to hire)

Thank you for the review! We’re glad to hear you are having a great experience at Everlywell. And thank you for the feedback on parking and the interview process. We just wanted to clarify for potential job-seekers reviewing this post that we do not offer a stipend for transportation. We do offer commuter benefit accounts where you can contribute pre-tax dollars to cover commuter costs (public transport, parking, etc.). The stipend was a one-time coverage to ease the burden from paid to unpaid parking when we moved offices. Thanks again for the post and feedback!

Pros

Supportive, forward facing management and leadership. They are truly involved in the process. This is a fast moving environment, where you are given the chance to expose yourself to new roles and duties every day. Hard work and dedication are noticed here, with annual compensation reviews. What you put into this environment, you will get out of it. Benefits are truly game changing. Many medical milestones in my life here, and I have never had to worry about the bill at the end of the day. This is something I can't say for many other employers at which I've worked.

Cons

I am content here. I can't think of any.

Pros

Not that i can think of.

Cons

Compensation remains low relative to workload and has not been adjusted despite ongoing feedback from employees. Workload did not align with staffing levels, leading to overstaffing and periods of inefficiency. The role operates in a highly transactional manner, where employees are treated as interchangeable resources rather than long-term contributors. Management communication lacked transparency, and feedback was not communicated directly to employees. There was no structured training process, limiting the ability to understand expectations or improve performance. Employment stability is limited, with sudden terminations occurring without prior notice when workload decreases.
