      Pros

      - The staff is incredible. Every single employee is the best at what they do, and everyone has a growth mindset and incredible work ethic. - All of the executives are awesome, they really care about employees lives and are constantly practicing what they preach, giving 110% to making Everlight the best solar company. - There is such a strong emphasis on personal development, and it is clear that upper management/executives want employees to be growing and learning constantly. - The best work environment. No drama, no hostility. I have never worked at a place with such incredible teamwork.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind for me, but if you aren’t willing to work hard long hours then this isn’t going to be a good fit for you.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better

      - Lack of communication and follow-through - Doesn't support individual thought - Low pay - Unique work environment
