Reasonably good workplace with remote working option. Management quite supportive, though there can be plenty of pressure, overall it's a decent workplace with pretty good colleagues.

Difficult to move within the company and no growth opportunities. They also sign you 2-3 months notice period meaning you cannot find alternative jobs. Signing this notice periods puts you in unfavourable career prospect.

The company is very welcoming especially the staff in charge.

Always busy but that keeps you on your toes.
