The change to my life - Finance Manager Everlasting Capital Employee Review

Everlasting Capital has been the best employer to me and my family. Without them I wouldn't be able to work a steady job and provide for them! When I started at Everlasting, I had nothing, yet they took me in and a year and a half later I've been able to buy a truck, an apartment, and provide for my loved ones, without them, none of that would have been possible and I thank them ever so greatly!

I have no cons at all!

Everyone works hard from the CEO and CFO down to the application intake personnel. We all work as a team to provide funding solutions to our customers We all believe in the business and are constantly striving to separate ourselves from our competitors. By concentrating on what our customers wants and needs are and working with them to ensure we are providing them with the right financing solutions. Goals are set on and annual, monthly and weekly basis and we take time out to discuss those goals and brainstorm as a team on what we need to accomplish them. In the past I didn't feel like my opinion mattered but at Everlasting I get validation and am encourage to give my input and I have been am given opportunities to implement my ideas and processes whenever possible. "Think outside the box" is a moto often heard in the office. Both Josh and Will lead by example it is just so refreshing and motivating. They make you want to succeed and do what you can to make that happen.

Biggest regret is that I didn't apply here sooner.
