not much room for growth but a lot of opportunities!

The market & teams historically were very passionate and invested. Great company to work for 3 years ago.

Parent company sent a young guy with 0 experience to "fix" what wasn't broken. Completely demolished the teams, culture, product, people & brand. Wasted time, energy, good people for absolutely no gain. Sales declined, went backwards on product, accounts lost, you name it and it imploded.
