Toxic Cliquey with Loose Cannon Management - Ambassador Everlane Employee Review

The management and floor leads are divisive, cliquey, close minded, and easily triggered. You have to fit into a certain mold or they will destroy you. Do not look at them or talk to them; only use the headset. They will berate you on the headset and flip out if you don’t answer them while you are helping a customer. They don’t care about customers, stocking products, or displays. They are hardly for what you think they should be there for. I wish I read their negative employment reviews before I stepped foot in the store, because how could a retail store actually be that bad?. The reviews are accurate about non inclusion and its toxic environment.
