Pros
I've worked here for quite some time and although there are ups and downs the culture has always been very transparent and strong. It's a low ego place and now have a new product that has been growing extremely quickly.
Cons
Distributed team, it's hard to engage on zoom sometimes. I'd recommend more company retreats / offsites.
