Pros

If you are desperate and can pass the mouth swab drug test they will give you a job.

Cons

- The chairs are old and raggedy with no back support - The work stations are dusty and dirty. The keyboards are never cleaned and are full of dead skin cells - The women's bathrooms are disgusting and smell like pee. Women's stalls are frequently out of service. I stopped using them - There are always rumors of bed begs - The call floors are hideous. The carpet is filthy. The hand sanitizer stations are always empty. Bleach wipes and hand sanitizer are a rare commodity - During flu season and the recent coronavirus outbreak, C3 is the worst place to be. - Checks are constantly messed up, promises around pay are rarely kept - Communication by floor management is poor - Site management has poor oversight of floor management - Fraternization policies are non-existent - Morale is always low and attempts to bring it up consistently miss the mark - Management as a collective is unethical and acts with no integrity - Frequent human rights and workplace violations - Dishonesty and lies by omission are the norm - Favoritism and other high school behavior is rampant - Retaliatory behavior is supported - Gaslighting, manipulation, bullying and other forms of abuse are used to keep staff in-line and coming to work - Younger staff members go along to get along out of fear of losing their primary income source - C3 automatically sign you up for a retirement plan and former employees have told me that when you leave they charge a $40 processing fee to get your money out of the retirement plan. c3 allegedly gets kickbacks from One America.
