      Pros

      The culture is great, everyone is very friendly. There are opportunities for career growth. The a career development program is something I have never seen before. The employee activities are great, it is nice to feel valued at work.

      Thank you for your review. We also love the culture here, it truly is an open collaborative environment. We take pride in our Career Development Program, not many companies offer the opportunity for employees to be mentored in a different role. Our Employee Engagement Committee is knocking it out of the park with weekly events! As with most buildings the temperature fluctuates, so it is always best to dress in layers. Once again, thank you for your review!

      Cons

      There appears to be more of a focus on out of country employees than in states. They are more concerned with how much of your money (commission) they keep than giving to the person that made the sale. They have merits that benefit them and not the employer. The first year I received 80% of my commission and the next year I received nothing. Which means they kept all of it !!!
