      Pros

      First of all, it has a nice environment, very friendly. I was assisted pretty well when I processed my application. Also, fast hiring process so I definitely had a great time applying for this company.

      Cons

      As a first time job seeker, I had a hard time adjusting since it was so cold. By the time I reached the interview I was already freezing and stuttering. Piece of advice kindly bring a jacket.

      Cons

      There appears to be more of a focus on out of country employees than in states. They are more concerned with how much of your money (commission) they keep than giving to the person that made the sale. They have merits that benefit them and not the employer. The first year I received 80% of my commission and the next year I received nothing. Which means they kept all of it !!!
