      There are no pros. Not even worth a training check

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and gaps without pay. Layoffs are handled by simply removing you from Teams chat and you have to find out from other ppl that you’re fired. Management ignores you never even met my supervisor, training consisted of sitting in silence for hours. Never in my life have I been WORSE off by being employed. I was held captive here only because I wanted my bonus from a previous line of business

      Cons

      There appears to be more of a focus on out of country employees than in states. They are more concerned with how much of your money (commission) they keep than giving to the person that made the sale. They have merits that benefit them and not the employer. The first year I received 80% of my commission and the next year I received nothing. Which means they kept all of it !!!
