Company isn't good to work for anymore - Anonymous employee Evergy Employee Review

This used to be a great KC company to work for and after the merger of KCPL and Westar the culture has drastically changed. There is a new management team and this is no longer a family oriented company. It doesn't help that they are forcing everyone into the office in person for work.
