-Strong IPs -Most coworkers are nice -Yearly revisions that usually imply a (small) pay rise -Remote workbis allowed
Cons
-Salary is quite low (specially if you plan to live in Madrid) -Organization could be better -Art direction could be better -There has been several juniors with no senior in the same role in the company so with no one to learn from -Workers aren't offered to do any courses or to spend time on studying/formation regardless of their experience
