Pros

Benefits, location, meal allowance, employee locker room, coworkers,

Cons

Job loading, some poor scheduling practices, poor kitchen management, broken equipment, favoritism with employees, required LMS videos but also absolutely no overtime (you can’t have both job loading AND no overtime). Improper rest and break periods… your lunch AND 2 -15 minute breaks taken together. 4 Hrs of your shift without a break. In a hot kitchen. This seems to be a violation of L&I I rules and regulations. It absolutely defeats the purpose of having legal breaks throughout your shift. I will still have to pee before, and after, my 1 hr all inclusive ‘lunch’. Then when we clock out we have to ‘attest’ that we got our proper breaks. Not really.

Pros

Training is decent in that they give you as much time as you need to get comfortable on the phones, helping patients is rewarding.

Cons

Lack of clear protocols in place for certain patient/scheduling situations, leading to confusion. Management is more concerned with numbers than the patient experience. Patients complain about the phone systems and PSRs relay the messages to management, however changes are never made. PSRs sit in a loud, crammed environment with TEENY cubicles, so it's very claustrophobic. Work environment can lead to stress. Pay is not enough to make it worth it.
