Pros

Steady work. Managers, supervisors listened to concerns. Provided good feedback on work roles. Free parking. Work from home options. Equipment provided for covid work from home was decent. Remoting in was decent. Access to VIOP was decent. Did eventually provide option to work other departments when we had no work during covid.

Cons

405, 405, 405. The commute is horrible. Not very diverse. Company didn't opt for unemployment option during covid. . My friends were laid off for 4 weeks and got the unemployment bonus while I had to use my vacation time or go unpaid. Same job classification, different company.

Pros

Training is decent in that they give you as much time as you need to get comfortable on the phones, helping patients is rewarding.

Cons

Lack of clear protocols in place for certain patient/scheduling situations, leading to confusion. Management is more concerned with numbers than the patient experience. Patients complain about the phone systems and PSRs relay the messages to management, however changes are never made. PSRs sit in a loud, crammed environment with TEENY cubicles, so it's very claustrophobic. Work environment can lead to stress. Pay is not enough to make it worth it.
