Low salary Micromanagement from head office No back bone – afraid of subordinates – Mgrs do more work to compensate Old school mentality No hybrid schedule Not open to suggestions of improvement Just do the bare minimum They worry more about the regular low level employee than a manager who has more responsibilities.
