Pros
The costs and fees are fair compared to some of the larger companies who have higher overhead. The SmartPanel is better than a lot of other offices I've seen. I like the idea of having two risk managers and two people to file check.
Cons
Computer systems are kind of useless. I'd only use in emergencies. Quarterly meetings and office meetings(I've only been to Irvine and Huntington Beach's) are very poor. Very little value. I've seen Realty One's, First Team, and Century 21's and they are way better. Speakers are the quarterly meetings are weak and can't get the energy in the room up.
