Cons

As soon you join Evergreen, your intelligence, education and previous experience gets multiplied by 0. Very very high turnover. Max career expectancy is 1 to 2 years with most people. Extremely low pay with no increase. Most managers doesn't have a university degree.

It is a first rate world class company. It is a Global conglomerate that feels like a family business at times. Although International pressures have forced the company to make drastic cuts at times, it still has a surprisingly high retention record

Cons

The cons can also be more pros. It is a fast paced multinational company that never sleeps. For some this can be a Con for those that like a challenge and a fast pace and its rewards, it can be a substantial positive point.
