Cons

Management are all Taiwanese, it takes a lifetime to get promoted there, barely anyone makes it into Management, lots of unfairness to local employees, no transparency on career progression/performance and how it's reviewed, a lot of favourism

It is a first rate world class company. It is a Global conglomerate that feels like a family business at times. Although International pressures have forced the company to make drastic cuts at times, it still has a surprisingly high retention record

Cons

The cons can also be more pros. It is a fast paced multinational company that never sleeps. For some this can be a Con for those that like a challenge and a fast pace and its rewards, it can be a substantial positive point.
