9yWe appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not as good as it could have been. Past employees often do go on to bigger positions and we take great pride in that. Regarding low pay, the sales positions are highly leveraged performance-based roles with uncapped sales incentive pay. We just revamped our PTO program at the end of 2016 based on employee feedback and we are confident that we are competitive with larger startups and other companies in the area. It’s disappointing that you felt micromanaged and that is something we are actively working on with leadership. One correction that should be pointed out, is that we have not hired non-paid interns in our sales division and have no plans to do so in the future. Your feedback helps us to make TapHunter a better place to work and we hope to encourage current employees to take advantage our open door policies while they are still with us.
