Great pay, benefits, but contract dependent - Intermediate Data Scientist Everforth ECS Employee Review

Quality of life at company is dependent on the contract. I've worked here for about a year and I don't feel like an ECS employee, I feel like a federal employee with a much higher paycheck. PTO isn't great. It also feels impossible to move up in the company once you're on a contract.
