-Great entry level job and good to put on resume for experience -Great first foot in the door for work in the private government sector
Cons
-Micro managing and breaks system is intolerable -Work environment has hassles every day, whether its the bathrooms being unclean or some interpersonal drama going on -No incentive to improve the pay, which in turn makes employees disgruntled and eager to leave
