If you get in the position of having to work over your normal hours it is a pain in the neck to get paid overtime, and you'd be lucky to get it if you don't threaten legal actions.
The policies a new employee signs are akin to those of an indentured servant, and even while they are making money off of you simply by playing the man in the middle, they also take every chance they get to squeeze more $$ from both the employee and the employer. Would never advise anyone to work for them.
