- Onboarding experience was not great, important information was not communicated well.
- Most of the cons I have are due to the nature of Contracting work.
- Make you continually take "training" that has literally nothing to do with the work you are contracted to do. Takes over an hour each time.
- As an example, I had to take training for how to use a ladder. I work from home as an Azure Support Engineer, this makes no sense.
